I stayed at the Park Hotel for two weeks with my husband and our two young children. The staff greeted us with warm smiles anytime we needed assistance, making our experience feel very welcoming. They were wonderful with kids, which made our stay even better. Our room had plenty of space for all of us, and everyone slept comfortably. The location really stood out—just across the street from the beach. There are great restaurants within walking distance, two blocks away is a fantastic library, and a couple of museums are nearby for our outings. When we wanted to explore, the staff helped us set up day trips and adventures, which was super convenient. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement. it didn’t feel as effective in the heat. Also, the room lock was a bit tricky to operate sometimes. These were minor issues compared to the overall great experience we had. I loved my stay and will definitely return next time we visit Santa Marta.
